Use of Dairy Futures and Options: An Eight-Session Course

This component of the University of Wisconsin Dairy Marketing Website contains an eight-session course in use of dairy futures and options.  Each session is designed to be presented in approximately 2.5 hours.  The curriculum is appropriate for use as the first eight meetings of a newly-formed producer marketing club, but may be used in other cases where breaking up a three-day dairy risk management course makes sense.
