      <title>Feb. Class I Mover Announced</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The 
&lt;a href="http://future.aae.wisc.edu/data/monthly_values/by_area/1?tab=prices"&gt;
Feb. Class I mover&lt;/a&gt; was announced as $10.72, a drop of $5.02 from Jan. &amp;#8216;09 and $8.96 from Feb. &amp;#8216;08.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;This represents the lowest Class I mover since June 2003.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;This level of mover will generate a minimum of a $1.34 February 
&lt;a href="http://future.aae.wisc.edu/collection/software/MILC_Cost_Adjuster.xls"&gt;
MILC payment&lt;/a&gt;.  The payment will probably be higher given the feed-cost adjustment that will be made to the MILC price target.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  The final MILC payment level will not be known until the end of March when the final feed prices used in the MILC payment calculations are known.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
