      <title>California Feb. Class I Prices Drop More Than $6 From Jan. '09</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The 
&lt;a href="http://future.aae.wisc.edu/data/monthly_values/by_area/2023?tab=prices"&gt;
California Feb. Class I Price&lt;/a&gt; drops more than $6.00 from the January levels.  The Southern CA Class I price for Feb. was announced to be $11.55, a drop from $17.69 in January.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The Feb. 2008 level was $21.71.  This is the lowest Class I price since 1995 when the current pricing system was established.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
