25 lbs above May 2007.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The number of

milk cows on farms&lt;/a&gt; in the 23 major States was 8.46 mil. head, 162,000 head more than May 2007, and 12,000 head more than April 2008.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
