Cheese Exports are Strong

For a fifth straight month, cheese exports in July were the highest they’ve been in the last six years; cheddar volume is about 20% of the total. Total cheese exports so far this year are 50% higher than they were a year ago. It appears that total exports this year will set a record. For more detail click here.
