U.S. DOJ Sues Dean Foods

The U.S. Department of Justice along with the Attorney’s General of WI, IL and MI have filed an antitrust lawsuit against Dean Foods Company in regards to it purchase of two bottling plants in WI from Foremost Farms. The full filing can be found by clicking here.
