CDFA Announces Hearing on all 5 Class Formulas

Last week the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) announced they will be holding a public hearing on Monday, November 9th to consider changes to the formulas for all five classes of milk.  More information can be obtained by clicking here.
