Producer Handler Provisions to be the Focus of May 4th Federal Order Hearing

The USDA announced this week that a national public hearing will be held starting on Monday, May 4, to consider proposals seeking to amend or remove the producer handler provisions and revise the exempt plant provisions of federal milk marketing orders.
