Sept. total cheese production was 795 mil. lbs., 2.3%t above Sept. 2007 and 3.1% below Aug 08.   Butter prod. was 121 mil. lbs, 7.4% above Sept 2007 and 4.8% above Aug. 2008.  Click here to obtain the complete Dairy Products Report.
