Sept. End-of-Month Butter and Cheese Stocks Data Available

Sept. 30th butter stocks are estimated to be 186.1 mil. lbs. This represents a decrease of approx. 27 mil. lbs. from the end of Aug. The 04-07 average Sept. butter stock level is 172.0 mil. lbs.
Total American cheese stocks at the end of Sept. were 553.9 mil. lbs. compared to 567.7 mil. lbs at the end of Aug. The ‘04-07 end of Sept. average level of American cheese stocks is 551.9 mil. lbs.
