May Dairy Products Report Release, 2.3% Increase in Total Cheese Production

The May Dairy Products report is released. Total May cheese output was 828 mil. lbs., 0.5% above May 07 and 2.3% above April 08. May Butter production was 144 mil. lbs, 15.8% above May 07 but 4.4% below April 2008.
