Spreadsheet File Added that Further Explains the Implications of the Tentative Final Decision

We have added a new spreadsheet file to our software offerings that shows the direct linkage between wholesale commodity prices and the FMMO Class III and IV prices if the Tentative Final Decision announced in June is implemented. This is in contrast to the relationship between wholesale prices and component values which is available via the FMMO pricing formulas.
