Change in Hours of Spot Trading at the CME

Starting Monday, May 19, spot dairy trading will go from board trading to open outcry. Trading for cheese will take place at 10:45am-10:55am (CDT), spot trading for NDM will take place at 10:55am-11:00am (CDT) and spot trading for butter will take place at 11:05am-11:15am (CDT).
