U.S. Dairy Cow Numbers and Productivity Continue to Increase

According to the latest milk production report, cow numbers in the 50 states increased 8,000 head to 9.248 million head. Feb. production/cow was 56.3 lbs. per day, up 0.4 lbs. (+0.7%) from last year.
