The Rollercoaster CME Cheese Price Continues to Experiance Dramatic Daily Changes

The big decline in cheese prices at the CME was reversed today with blocks trading at $1.95 up 14.5¢ on Friday while barrels traded at $1.90, an increase of 10.0¢.  For the week blocks were up 2.0¢.
